So, I just said I'm so hungry I might pass out. The guy beside me says he's offended, and that i shouldn't joke about it. I tell him i'm serious, and he still says that he is offended. What the fuck. i'm light headed. I can't wait to get home, and eat somethings. Hope I make it home. I just can't belive it though. You can't talk without offending someone

Thankyou Bettymom, I can always count on yu to be supportive Yes, he was being very rude. Most people at school are rude. I think school brings out the worst in us because no one wants to be there. It won’t be long before schools out,and I won’t be forced to be arround people who don’t like me.

It seems like when I was a kid there was always way too much stuff to do and I hardly ever got to relax. We had summer band and private music lessons. We marched in parades and took field trips and went to the big music contests. Somewhere around here I’ve got a bunch of ancient medals!

That guy was being an ass for sure, but there are better ways than starving yourself to get that body you want, it’ll just take a little longer. That being said, I lost over 75 lbs. in about 12 weeks mostly by reducing my caloric intake to under 500/day. It’s REALLY hard to do unaided. I couldn’t do it today for sure, wouldn’t even try. That was in the mid 90s and there were several other contributing circumstances, and it was still incredibly tough. I dropped from 278 to 196 and then stopped, leveling out at about 206. Over the years and through all the injuries I gained it all back though. [sigh] Be careful of how rough you treat your body now, your going to pay for it dearly on the other side of 50. I used to love sports and was an avid outdoorsman until all of my joints started giving out one by one. Seven surgeries to major joints (so far) and those activities are just memories now. “Back in the day” there were no personal trainers and the like to help you or teach you how not to do things, you just did them however you felt like, and there were no limits on most sports. I seem to recall late in high school there being a limit on innings I pitched/wk, but that was it, and I’m not even sure that was to help prevent injury. Just be careful and listen to the coaches and trainers that are there to help you. Good luck!

Starving yourself is also the most likely reason you got an 85 on your science test. Cognitive processes suffer with poor nutrition. If your going to continue on the same path, eat whatever you’re planning on eating about 30-60 minutes before you have to take a test or perform some other mental task. Or you may simply need to supplement your diet to account for these periods of high mental focus. Obviously a nutritionist could help you more, but will likely chastise you for the way you have chosen to reach your goal. Again, please be careful, and good luck. I hope you reach your goal soon.
